这里给大家一个大概的参考。第一类是只需解释观点，不需要提供证据支持和讨论细节的问题，比如Do you think it makes a difference if one speaks the local language when travel to a foreign country? 这类问题只需要陈述观点10~20秒就可以很好地完成。第二类是需要一些解释说明和展开讨论的问题，比如Is it good or bad to have many fast food restaurants in a city? 对这类问题的回答可以达到1~1.5分钟。第三类是需要在陈述完观点之后，给出理由或进行举例的问题，比如Are people’s lives more comfortable than in the past? Why or why not? 这时可以以15秒简单介绍观点，然后以1分钟左右的篇幅对观点做支持，最后用10~15秒进行总结，因此这类问题的作答可以达到1~2分钟，是part3中最值得尽量发挥的题型，尽量多举一到两个例子。
